Everwell was founded in the 1980s in Manila, Philippines. From humble beginnings trading grocery items and commodities in Binondo Manila, the company has grown steadily over the years to establish an international distribution network. 
 

Our business activities include trading in agricultural commodities such as rice, sugar, mung beans, peanuts and black pepper, with our core markets being Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau and China. 

In early 2000, Everwell entered a joint venture to service retail distribution in Singapore. What started as a value-add service to our customers has become an integral part of our business as well. During the same time, Everwell started an office in Hong Kong to extend its reach and ride the growth of the awakening Chinese market. Our Hong Kong office keeps us on the beat with the market dynamics of this region.

In 2021, Everwell set up an office in Japan to bring well-loved high quality food products of Japan to our markets. We continue to grow our brands and portfolio of products with our dedicated sales and merchandising teams across our core markets.
